"This is a love hotel, upon arrival I was given condoms and a disposable towel. I was out in a no smoking floor, but the smell of smoke was so nauseating I got a mirgrain and checked out first thing. Also, the rooms are said to be sound proof, they are now… and this is a love hotel. Expedia, I recommend you remove this listing from your site, it makes YOU look bad! Also, I left a review when I checked out and have not heard back from you of the hotel. "

"I stayed here for 4 nights. My room was cleaned and the bed made only one day. I was out if the room the other days too, but they never came to clean. As it is a smart hotel, you bring food and drinks in, so cleaning is even more important. They turned off the lights the last 10 mins before checkout. So I had to brush my teeth and pack in darkness, which I thought was very rude. I hope I brought all my belongings, but I don’t know yet because I could not see"
