"The neighborhood around this hotel was very clean and friendly. There are a lot of convenient stores only 5 minutes walking distance and the staff is also very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Great location, very important to know you need west exit of train station - navigating was difficult even with Google Maps!! No grid system and many streets are 2 levels. Loved our room and 2 unexpected surprises- a view of Mt Fuji and of the nightly projection show at the Govt building. Check out the nice fountain and outdoor seating at the Starbucks across the street- across from level 2 of the hotel!"

"The location of the hotel directly across Shinagawa Station was really great. The staff were also very cordial and helpful. Our room however was small, and it smelled of smoke. The carpet has cigarette burns in it and some of the shower tiles were cracked. They need to replace the carpet and maintain the room a little better."
