“This place is terrible. Not enough staff, unhelpful staff (no offer to help with luggage etc.), check in process was slow, room was unclean and it’s run down. Just a weird vibe and I’d never stay here again. ”

“This was a lovely hotel, with Katia ( the Hotel Manager) present and regularly asking if everything was satisfactory. The building , the rooms , spa and indoor / outdoor pools : all beautifully maintained. The breakfasts were wonderful ( cold buffet but also choice of omelets, eggs Benedict etc!) “Rooms and hotel were clean and in a good location with plenty of places to eat nearby. The bathroom was a bit dated and only hand wash and body/hair shampoo available, no conditioner or hand cream that would normally come with a 4 star hotel. Free parking which most of the time we were able to get a spare (first come first serve) however we did have to use a local multistorey when full. Overall a nice hotel with 2 decent sizes pools with plenty of deck chairs again. Breakfast was ok with plenty……
