“Très bel appartement récent, super bien situé et très confortable pour 2 personnes. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et Lisbeth était super gentille et accomodante. Il y a tout à moins de 10 min de marche et 15 Min du centre. Je recommande sans hésiter et nous allons très certainement y retourner.”

“Very good sized apartment in a good location, within walking distance to the marina, old town, restaurants and a nearby shopping centre with a supermarket. Simple check in process via a door code. Very quiet in the evenings. The shower is large but due to the set up the water does spill over as there is no shower door. The apartment got warm which was ok in April with the plug in fan but would likely be too hot in the summer with no air con”

“Die Wohnung war in sehr gutem Zustand und es war alles da, was man so braucht, incl. Waschmaschine. Highlight ist natürlich die Lage mitten in der Altstadt von Funchal. In unserer Wohnung war davon aber kaum was zu hören. Gleich neben an ist das dazugehörige wirklich gute Restaurant, worüber auch der Check In abgewickelt wird. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Einziger kleiner Wehrmutstropfen ist, dass es bei starkem Regen einmal durch die Decke getopft hat - da ist wohl irgenwar undicht.……

“Das Apartment(im Untergeschoss lebt eine Portugiesische Familie) liegt deutlich höher am Berg als im Mai 25 auf Fewo angezeigt.Damit ist es kühler und windiger (angenehm im Sommer).Die Bilder zeigen sehr gut was an Möbeln vorhanden ist (Stühle sind so unbequem wie sie aussehen).Die Betten sind ( madeiratypisch) sehr hart.Die Aussicht ist phantastisch und die Küche ist gut eingerichtet, so das Selber-Kochen Spass macht.Zum Empfang standen frische Blumen und Kekse dort.Die Kommunikation mit der……

“Modern apartment. Has everything we need for a 1 week trip. Good for people with rental cars; groceries and restaurants are 3-10 minutes drive only. No complaints and would recommend!”

“Das Appartement lieg nahe am Catarinapark in Funchal.Es liegt nicht an einem Nationalpark. Es gibt viele Geschäfte und Restaurants in der Nähe. Trotzdem ist essehr ruhig dort. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und gut zu er-reichen.”

“Leider sind wir von der Wohnung sehr enttäuscht. Sie ist kalt und feucht. Heizung gibt es nicht. Möbeln im Wohn- und Küchenbereich sind altbacken und es ist ungemütlich. Im Wohnbereich gibt es Klimaanlage, welche aber nicht regulierbar ist. Im Badezimmer ist der Waschbecken undicht, in der Dusche läuft das Wasser nur sehr langsam ab, Handtuchtrockner ohne Funktion. “The apartment had everything that was needed for a comfortable stay, however, it is worth noting that it is on a -1 floor so there is no natural daylight into the apartment. No daylight in the morning or evening can be a bit much for a week. Also, check the correct details are sent to you if you require parking as the original mail we had the instructions were missing from for how to get into the car park so had to pay 20 euros for the first night.
