「This is a very nice hotel and the rooms are spacious. We are satisfied with this comfortable stay experience. But I think a minor thing may need to be improved. The temperature of bath/shower is not very steady, and it dropped down after several minutes. Besides, the water from tape also took several minutes to become warm. Since we visited in April and it is still a bit cold, when I washed my hands I felt a bit freezing. It would be better to access hot water more easily.」

「It’s such a special place for us to stay. The hotel holds such lovely memories of our wedding day. It’s been developed even more now, but tastefully, holding its true identity in style and decor, with the more modern twists where needed. Every staff member is friendly, the food is delicious, lounge areas comfy, outside areas maintained and modern, and the views over Cardiff and out to sea are wonderful. 「外觀亮麗, 內裡未及水準. 服務其實不錯, 員工陽光熱情友善, 水煲有銹漬, 立即更換, 可惜仍不算乾淨, 清洗後可用. 房間有設計感, 很漂亮, 但並不舒適, 搖搖椅玩玩可以, 休息不可. 床槈極盡之軟, 基本上整個人下䧟, 轉身也很費力, 睡一小時可以, 睡一晚起床必背痛. 早餐優秀, 除一般應有的, 還可另點pancake 及 Avocado on Toast 等, 非常高質. 」
