「Really enjoyed my stay in Manhattan Beach. Kyle was honestly one of the most hospitable hosts I’ve had always quick to respond and super helpful with anything I needed. The place had a cozy vibe, and being able to walk to the beach every morning for sunrise and wind down with the sunset made the whole trip feel special.When the heater had a little issue, Kyle didn’t hesitate he actually sent over space heaters via Amazon the same day, which I really appreciated. 「Our family had a wonderful vacation in this beautiful condo. It was a short walk to the shore in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. There is also a free parking lot right by the beach, at the end of the street, which is useful for those who may not want to walk up the pretty steep hill with beach supplies and/or small children. The furnishings were great and we had everything we needed. It was great to have designated parking right at the condo. 」

It is a small unit, but it's location, location, location (as the setting is the heart of Manhattan Beach, Ca., the most beautiful, and expensive beach real estate in Los Angeles County.
