Casa nella media, proprietari inadeguati

IN TANTI ANNI DI VACANZE A MARCIANA M.NON ERA MAI CAPITATO DI CHIUDERE LE FERIE CON UNA DISCUSSIONE e, leggendo i commenti che definiscono cortese la Sig.ra Roberta, mi chiedo se parliamo della stessa persona??!! Giudizio per noi NEGATIVO, che valutiamo con 1 STELLA perché non è possibile dare di meno!! ACCOGLIENZA: NEGATIVA dopo un lungo ed estenuante viaggio ad accoglierti c'è nessuno e al telefono risponde,ovviamente, nessuno!! PULIZIA: PESSIMA. Ragni e formiche sono i padroni di casa (a detta dei proprietari perché siamo in campagna) a cui aggiungo acari e sporcizia generale.Fortunatamente la casa è dotata di lavatrice funzionante e, se volete, potete dedicare i primi giorni delle agognate ferie alle pulizie generali.. PRIVACY: termine sconosciuto ai Signori invadenti. Quotidianamente ricevevi visite con la scusa dell'erba da annaffiare (nonostante l'impianto di irrigazione) o fichi da raccogliere in giardino.Signori,pago un lauto affitto e in quella settimana la casa è mia! Prima che entriate pretendo un "permesso,disturbiamo o possiamo?" e non accetto di vedervi entrare in casa mentre gli ospiti dell'app.to accanto sono a godersi la giornata di mare ...quindi ATTENZIONE!! ANIMALI: AMMESSI MA CON RISERVA,FORSE...perché "il gatto sul letto non lo tollero!!" Cara la mia Sig.ra Roberta che si dichiara amante dei gatti, ma secondo lei le mie 2creature, che vivono con me h24, che non sono disposta ad affidare a nessuno se non a noi, al costo di stressarle con un viaggio lungo 4ore, dove le devo tenere per 1settimana? In giardino,nel trasportino o rinchiusi nel bagno???? Io sono stata corretta perché li ho dichiarati, lei no perché sull'annuncio scrive l'opposto di quello che mi dice! CAUZIONE: non c'è scritto da nessuna parte,ma la richiedono. Quindi controllate bene prima che una lampadina fulminata si trasformi in accusa per aver guastato l'impianto elettrico (!!!!!) o che un televisore non attaccato alla presa diventi scusa per pretendere un risarcimento...e poi fatture "sbadatamente" emesse di importo inferiore rispetto alla cifra riscossa, vicini taciturni perché convinti che ci lamentassimo della loro allegria basandosi su quanto falsamente riferito loro dalla Sigra a nostra insaputa.Il posto, invece, merita qualche stella in più per il panorama,che resta comunque apprezzabile dagli app.ti al piano di sopra: stessa vista ma proprietà diversa!!!...mentre ai Signori dico che avete perso una bella occasione per dimostrarvi cordiali,ospitali e corretti

"E'' stato un soggiorno a dir poco piacevole, casa bellissima con un giardino favoloso, curata e dotata di tutti i confort e i servizi necessari: sdraie, lavatrice, biciclette, attrezzi per eventuali riparazioni, stendini, doccia esterna, barbecue. Inoltre gode di un''ottima posizione vicina ad una bella spiaggetta e a pochi minuti dai principali centri. Ringraziamo tantissimo i proprietari. Serena N. (Italia)"

"Casa perfettamente curat...

"Casa perfettamente curata, pulita e strategicamente perfetta per posizione e dimensione. Eravamo dieci persone tra adulti e bambini suddivisi nei due appartamente, uno al piano terra e l''altro al primo. Le comodità ci sono tutte dalla doccia esterna, al giardino, dal barbecue al terrazzo con loggiato oltre a quelle interne alla casa. Insomma, ringraziamo la sig.ra Roberta per l''ospitalità e consigliamo a tutti un soggiorno presso questa location."

"Appartamento comodo, in un''ottima posizione ed un bellissimo giardino. Molto fresco e ventilato, comodo sia ai serivizi che alle spiagge (20 minuti per raggiungere Portoferraio, Cavoli, Marina di Campo; in 2 minuti si arriva a Marciana Marina, deliziosa!!!. Un grazie a Luigi che ci ha "assistiti" durante il soggiorno!!"

Nous avons été pleinement...

Nous avons été pleinement satisfaits de notre séjour, début mai, dans la maison "Casa del mare" chez Mr M. Nous avons pleinement apprécié le logement (appartement de 60m2) qui est facile d'accès, propre, agréable et très correctement équipé L'environnement est idéal. La propriété surplombe la mer et la vue est très belle, avec possibilité de manger dehors en profitant de cette belle vue. Le propriétaire est sympathique et discret. Pour le descriptif, il est important de se référer au site du propriétaire, car il s'agit, en fait (pour 4 personnes), de la location d'un appartement de 60m2 comportant 2 chambres(un choix est possible entre 2 appartements) et non pas d'une "maison" complète de 130m2 avec 3 chambres, comme indiqué sur l'annonce Homelidays. La consistance du logement varie donc selon le nombre de personnes. Malgré cela, cette location est très intéressante. Nous la recommandons.

"Marciana Marina war für ...

"Marciana Marina war für uns der angenehmste Ort auf Elba. Idyllisch am Meer gelegen, nicht zu touristisch und am Fuß des Monte Capanne, dessen Besteigung (ca. 2 h) sehr zu empfehlen ist. Der Strand nah am Haus (2min) ist nicht außergewöhnlich, aber ruhig und nie überlaufen. Wir hatten beide Wohnungen gemietet (5 und 4 Personen).Im ersten Stock wohnen Verwandte des Vwermieters, die sich rührend um den Garten kümmern und trotzdem zurückhaltend sind. An den Rasensprenger in der Nacht mussten wir uns gewöhnen. Unterhalb des Gartens führt die Küstenstraße entlang, die uns jedoch nicht gestört hat. Angenehm war auch, dass wir unseren Hund problemlos mitbringen konnten und er auch am Strand gerne gesehen war. Ohne Einschränkungen empfehlenswert!"

"Das Haus hat direkten Me...

"Das Haus hat direkten Meerblick und auch nur einen kurzen Weg zum Strand. Das Grundstück besteht aus zwei Wohneinheiten, ist aber nicht durch einen Zaun abgetrennt. Die Unterkunft ist auch für Hundehalter zu empfehlen, da am nächsten Strand Hunde geduldet werden. Die unterhalb des Grundstücks verlaufende Küstenstraße ist mäßig befahren (Ende August) und störte kaum. Der Vermieter ist äußerst hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt!!"

La plage la plus proche est une plage de galets avec une descente un peu dangereuse.Pour mes parents (d''un certain âge) et pour le petit de ma fille une voiture est obligatoire pour se rendre sur les autres plages."
