"The property was under construction, which caused a bit of chaos, but was manageable. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bed was more firm than I like, but that's a personal preference thing. The smart tv only had netflix and YouTube on it, with no way to add other streaming services, which was disappointing. The building security was cumbersome to deal with. Guests can only access the floor their room is on. My party was split between two floors, making it unnecessary difficult to coordinate our activities and spend time together. The bar/restaurant in the hotel had decent food and very good coffee, but was very loud. I'll give them a bit of grace for the noise as it was St. Patrick's Day weekend and it's an irish pub. We were very disappointed to discover that the pub doesn't open on weekdays until 11 am, so there is no way to get coffee or breakfast without leaving the building. Unrelated, but good to know: there's a Wawa convenience store around the block for buying drinks and snacks. It saved us when we needed coffee and a quick breakfast."

"my check in was for after 4 pm. when i got there i was told my rooms were still being cleaned. i then had to wait 2 hours for only 1 room to be ready while others were getting rooms after me. i was told the other room would be ready after my event and they would call me when it was. i was never informed and the room was marked no show and now they are refusing to return my calls and give me my refund. never stay here"
