“We stayed here 5 nights 6 days, and everything was amazing. From the check in drinks to the staff being very nice and helpful. Restaurant food was to die for. (make sure you make reservations, or the staff can make it for you. Buffet restaurant has good selection as well. Rooms were very clean. Housekeepers did an as mazing job every day. We will definitely stay here again and recommended families with kids. The only bad thing I could say is the pool water warm……

“Love the adults-only option! The resort was clean and beautiful. The staff from the buffet, restaurants, front desk, housekeeping team, and Cappuccino Café were all friendly, professional, and welcoming. We also enjoyed the nightly piano singer, whose songs were wonderful, as well as the theater entertainment. Thank you very much for a fantastic stay!”

“Todo excelente, excepto el tiempo de espera de los platillos en los restaurantes, en todas las comidas tuve que esperar mucho a pesar de que en ocasiones el restaurante estaba vacío, olvidaban las bebidas y parecía que los meseros estaban muy estresados entre ellos. El trato fue muy bueno de todo el personal del hotel. El servicio de los restaurantes fue la única queja. Pero esta tan cómodo el hotel y limpio que si volvería.”

“The staff were very kind and the property is beautiful but the resort has changed. The first time I came there around 4 years ago it was an adults only resort. It was beautiful and relaxing. Now their focus is to cater to families. The beautiful infinity pool is now a kiddie pool. And my hope is that the parents take them to use the bathroom away from the pool, but I don't hold out hope for that. It is simply overwhelmed with toddlers and young children. It is rare to find a chair there……

While the resort boasts lovely rooms and great front-line staff, it completely falls short of the premium experience it promises. In luxury travel, the tiny details matter. While this property has the foundation to be truly exceptional, it is simply not run that way. For comparison, our family recently stayed at the Conrad Orlando, an experience that far exceeded this resort in every possible category from……
