「I love the lobby ，so classic ，so unique！」

「The staff was great. Room thermostats worked well. Great views. But the room was incompletely furnished. Bedroom had no nightstands and no reading lighting. TV connection to streaming channel selection was screwy. Passwords were rejected despite being correctly entered - twice (proof is that same pw worked on personal computer). No garbage cans in room at all. Some chain pulled blinds broken. Why locate microwave oven in compartment near floor?」

「Was a pretty nice hotel overall went to NYC as a joke for one night and the hotel checkin was pretty easy checked in around 2am」

「Great rooms with comfortable bed and blackout blinds. Would definitely stay here again!」

「Had a great stay besides the issue of our TV not working. We told the man downstairs at the reception desk and he said he would get someone to look at it- we came back to our room and it was still not fixed. For paying over $300, we expected at least an update or anything. Not professional if you ask me.」

「Hotel très bien situé entre 2 différentes lignes de métro dont 1 amenant à JFK. Literie parfaite et très grand espace dans la chambre. Petit déjeuner incluant bagel café et muffin, très bon, servi de 8h à 10h. Personnel très sympathique et hotel/chambre propre. Points négatifs: * il manque des tables au petit déjeuner pour satisfaire tout le monde certains jours. Mais je l'avais lu donc je partais en sachant le problème. *La douche fait un peu de bruit et nous entendions celle des voisins...

「Loved the view, location and the hotel itself. Loved that it was close to a lot. Just be prepared as it’s a very small room. Pack lightly it’s hard to find space for bags. Otherwise everything was great. 」

「Initially we had booked a King room. This was not very good and I would not recommend it as it was too small. We upgraded to a loft room (at a cost US$200/night) which was an excellent room and we were very pleased with spending the extra money. The roof top bar is one of the best in Manhattan and great for a sunset view. There are a couple of other bars and also good places to eat in the hotel.
