The location was great. Lots of restaurants nearby and Penn Station is within walking distance. There is only one elevator for 12 floors so you might want to ask for a lower floor room if you are tight on time.

Great location, amazing helpful stuff. The building is old, so you should be prepared for some issues: the shower has low water pressure, and the toilet clogs easily. However, the hotel staff responds quickly and is helpful. The beds are comfortable, and complimentary breakfast is included.

I really liked the courteous service from the staff. They were always coming to the assistance of people that had luggage to get in and out of the building. They helped with getting an Uber and luggage loaded. They were always smiling and friendly, willing to talk. I would recommend this hotel highly.
