「Our first stay in Toronto as an American was fantastic! The host Brent was so nice and accommodating. The place was pristine and had a balcony, which was a huge plus. The place is very close to mass transit and made it easy to get around. We felt very safe in this neighborhood. Highly recommend!」

「Super walkable to everywhere we wanted to go: Rogers Center, CN Tower, waterfront. The view was not water facing, but still pleasant to sit out on the balcony. AC worked just fine, the beds were VERY firm. Plenty of clean bedding and towels. Little kitchen was great and fully functional. The parking and getting into the building was really stressful, but follow the directions from the email he sends you the day before and day of and you’ll get it. 「What made our stay so great was the owner's responsiveness. The apartment was lacking in a few things, for example dish towels. But once I let Andrea know, she sent some new towels right away. The apartment is comfortable and fairly clean. Apartment shows some wear and tear (e.g hood fan not working, sliding door to the bedroom not working) but overall it was good enough. 「This lovely spot is right in the middle of great food and a walk away from many sights. It was a perfect getaway for a few days to take in toronto. The owner was reschable if needed and prompt to respond. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting something affordable and in the center of it all. 」

「We had an excellent stay at this property. Even though we had 5 people in our group there was adequate space to sleep without feeling crowded. The host provided plenty of towels, extra linens/blankets and included things we didn’t expect, such as coffee and shampoo. 「Clean quite enjoying my stay!」

「The host was one of the most responsive I’ve encountered - very nice and helpful. For us as total tourists, it was not very close to any one thing, but it was close enough to a lot. It is cozy but very clean and functional. The 4 for check-in was related to getting the key. It is kept in a very, very busy room with many other key boxes. Took about 5 minutes just to wait in line to get to the right lockbox」

「Fabulous house for our stay! Found grocery store, liquor store, and restaurants within a couple of blocks. Host was clear with instructions and even checked in to make sure that our stay was going well. Loved sitting out on the small patio when we had the time. Would have been nice to know about the multiple levels of stairs as we had my 81 year old father with us....though he managed the stairs well and our stay was wonderful!!」

「1st off, the owner is lovely, prompt and helpful. The unit was brand new. Despite the fact that the community still under active construction, it was bright, sunny and furnished well. We had plenty of space and there is a TON OF NATURAL LIGHT. Beautiful blinds.
