Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und auch das Frühstück war sehr gut. Jedoch war unser Zimmer feucht (roch nach Schimmel) und wir mussten daher bereits nach einer Übernachtung abbrechen.

I will start… and probably end… by praising the staff at the Riad Tizou. I was mostly in contact with Rashid and San (sp?) throughout my visit. They were both so friendly and accommodating. They will probably be the thing I most remember about my trip here to Marrakech. The location of the property was very convenient to most of the sights I think most people will want to visit while I’m Marrakech. A few minutes walk to the Souks… the Secret Garden… the Madrasa… Jamaâ el Fnaa etc. A little further, but very walkable to the Bahia Palace and the tombs. The property itself was very clean and quaint. Off the main arteries so very quiet. It had a beautiful central courtyard and a small reading room. The breakfast area was on the 3rd floor rooftop and was large and comfortable. The breakfast itself was very good and served starting at 0800 so you can be on your way to the attractions at opening… usually at 0900-0930. I enjoyed my visit very much and would definitely return. Thanks again to Rashid and Sana for making this a wonderful experience.

Staff stood out. As a women traveling solo I felt completely safe and every single individual I’ve come across was beyond sweet. I felt like I had two big brothers who were ensuring I had a comfortable safe stay - needless to say, there were a handful of times I needed help getting back to the Riad as my GPS was not routeing correctly and neither one ever hesitated to come get me. Highly recommend and will stay again when in Marrakech!

Lovely cosy Riad in a great location.

We had a lovely two night stay here when we arrived in Marrakech. Our room was spotlessly clean and the decor is modern and cozy. Breakfast was served on the rooftop terrace and was delicious. The staff were so warm, welcoming and helpful and helped with anything we needed. The location was great, close to the markets, lovely restaurants and Le Jardin Secret.

Absolutely wow. From the extreme warm welcome form the host to its absolutely unbeatable location. You are so close to the main Medina but won’t be interrupted by noise. Temperature levels very comfortable. The host and all staff were so kind and engaged in conversation with you even if it was dificult. Breakfast was expectional. Airport tranfer to closest road and the host came right to meet me took my bags and walked me right to the riad. This is an absolute steal for the price I paid. Thank you so much Ridouan
