「The hotel staff went above and beyond to make sure you had what you needed. They even gave me an iPhone charger when I realized I didn’t pack one. The hotel gives a luxurious vibe. There is a club, restaurants and two bars on site. My only regret is not having more time to enjoy all of what the hotel has to offer!!! I will stay here next time I’m in London. 」

「The hotel is perfectly located. It is just 8 - 10 mins away from the Oxford Street, Baker Street tube station or the Bond Street tube station. Staff members at the Concierge are all friendly and helpful. One thing that was needed to be improved is the shower. I stayed in a one-person room on the 3rd floor and the shower was extremely weak. Only half of the holes of the shower were releasing water weakly. It was made worse as it is an fixed, overhead shower. 」

"The first room they gave me the AC was broken In view of the heat wave, i asked for a change of room which the reception changed for me immediately The concierge took my luggage when I arrived at the hotel, and they said they will bring them to my room, but I waited for more than 30 mins after checking in and I called and they said it is not yet been transferred So I went back downstairs and I had to go into the storage to see my luggages were on the luggage rack... "
