「员工完全没有经过培训，非常没有礼貌。 第一天我按时到达，被告知房间还没收拾好，仅仅是告知，连句抱歉都没有，好像这是应该的。 5晚住宿只有一天客房服务（打扫卫生），这倒可以理解。但是如果不催促的话，这一天的卫生可能也没有人打扫。我催了两遍，才勉强打扫。 最后一天退房，前台居然没人。 总之，员工素质极差，完全不能匹配这个酒店。」

「I saw a scorpion on the floor of our room, the refrigerator make a lot noise and the room is very small.」

「Room was clean bed was comfortable the lady's that clean the rooms do a great job we left one day with some dishes in the sink and when we came back they even washed our dishes the place is older but feels much more like a home along with the full size fridge and stove also a sink and everything else you need to cook with and eat plates,cups,bowls, ect if we ever make it back to maui we will definitely be staying here again」

「We had a lovely stay at Kevin’s condo. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked up on basic spices, condiments, coffee, etc which was a bonus. Kevin also provided beach supplies such as beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler, etc. The location is great. It’s close to many restaurants and right next to a beach where you can spot turtles! Also this place has a pool and hot tub jacuzzi which was our favorite after a long day. And there is laundry available in the condo complex...
