“Great location, amazing view from our room. It has a hot top and 2 pools, one of which has ocean views and has a pool bar. restaurant located on site, the staff of the resort are constantly cleaning and making the experience memorable. Lots of markets nearby, food truck market right next door, and a grocery store right next door. Even during a tropical storm the staff was outside in the slower rain cleaning up. Being a private unit at a hotel resort, the hotel staff seemed hesitant to help out……

“The beach was just across the street. Food and shopping near by was great. The complex was quiet and clean room. Had a great time, next in Maui will have to stay again. It was perfect! ”

“Tracy provided a lot of detail for us, and she was very responsive!The condo building was easy to find. But at first it was hard to find the unit - we learned it was closest to drive all the way around the complex to the end of the parking lot.The unit was very clean and the layout matched the pictures. Although the beach and water are nearby, the ocean view was not as apparent as we anticipated.The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, as well as all the beach equipment!”

“Great location near Paia shops and short walk to Mama's Fish House, & beach. Enjoyed our stay at Kuau Plaza. The condo was just as described and pictured. Nicely furnished & decorated. Comfy bed, everything you could need in the kitchen, nice bathroom...all looked brand new! Although right next to the road, we barely heard the traffic. We would stay here again.”

“The air conditioning was effective. Having us of a washing machine was great after a day of hiking or at the beach. The view was spectacular. The dishwasher was a challenge until we realized the drawers were in backwards and blocking the soap dispenser. The shelves in the oven were also in backwards. The shower created a huge puddle in the bathroom until we realized the tiled lip of the shower under the glass was installed draining out. We noticed the remnants of some silicone grout on the……

“The condo had everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting on the lanai to eat and also to look at the ocean. Location was great. We just had to cross the street to get to the beach and the ocean. Plus it was a convenient location to restaurants. ”

“This Napili Shores unit is wonderful! You can’t beat the location and the unit was well equipped, clean and cozy. The bed was so comfortable! The host was very responsive and kind. I highly recommend and will definitely be coming back for another stay! Thank you. ”

“Very nicely appointed and decorated. Spotlessly clean! Everything it was advertised to be, with a nice view of the ocean! No dishwasher--but who forgets how to wash by hand? No garbage disposal, but the dumpster was steps away from the door. We were without water for about 1 1/2 days, through no fault of the owner or the property manager. Never lost power during the Kona low storms we experienced in March 2026. Would definitely stay here again!”
