When I checked in I explained again and all I got was 'hotel policy'. I had been in similar situations before with other holiday inn(in Japan) and they refunded me. Hotel policy or not, I did not stay in your room for one night. Charging me USD180 for nothing is not the best hotel service. I rarely gave bad reviews but this was...

「I checked in early and dropped the luggage off first. The front desk told me that i could come back around 2pm and the room should be ready. I went back around 2:45 and was told the room is not ready. (which is fine, i know the official check in time is 3pm) the lady in the front desk told me she msged the house keeping but the room is just not ready. i asked couple more times when will the room be ready, and they couldn't give me answer and just kept saying that they are still waiting for the...

It was a honeymoon trip. We spent 2 nights at Hotel Blake. Before our check-in, I texted them through the app about our late check-in, and the concierge was so responsive.
