“We arrived late at night, in the rain, with our children in the car. At first, the welcome was cold. The person at the front desk was not warm, not even an umbrella was offered to help us get the kids inside. After a long trip, small gestures like that matter. To be fair, that same person was nicer later, and the interaction improved. The room was pleasant overall. The bedding was exceptional, and the hotel is located in a nice area, which helped make the stay enjoyable. That said, a few……

“Super friendly staff, enthusiastic about making us feel welcome. The breakfast cafe just opened and it was great, but it wasn’t yet opened in the afternoon/evening. TVs didn’t show any channels, so we had to get out of the pool to watch the World Cup. (They promised they were working on this). Absolutely prime location. Very safe.”

“Location was AMAZING. I traveled alone with my 17yr old daughter and never felt nervous or unsafe. We walked all around near Poblado to the stores and restaurants nearby day and night. The room for 2 was enough for us. Didn’t have a closet but honestly we didn’t mind at all. Loved that the bathroom had everything separated so while one person was bathing, another could make use of the toilet privately, We were on floor 7 and never had issues with the elevator or noise or anything. It was great……

“Gustavo was our absolute favorite staff member. His willingness to assist regardless of how many times we seek ed assistance was commendable. He has so many great recommendations and exceeded our expectations and made our experience so memorable!! Duvan from the roof top bar and restaurant at the hotel was so warm and friendly. His personality despite his English not being top tier didn’t limit him from entertaining us as our bartender. Our other staff member I believe his name is dividi a bell……
