Close to cbd

Good location, walking distance to cbd, train and trams. Reasonably close to shops etc and the river precinct. Mostly clean. Very spacious. Would benefit from some pantry staples (oil, glad wrap etc) that people leave.Key collection simple but a bit of a walk with luggage.
