“Pros: view & super clean Cons: everything else! We will not be coming back to this property. Heating was locked so we froze the entire weekend and it was so incredibly loud everytime the furnace kicked on. Sleep was horrible. I was so ready to leave! No where to hang clothes. No closet. I hung my dresses from the curtain rod. Cooking was challenging. Kitchen is not well stocked with appliances and utensils for meal prep. The deck has holes in the floor that they covered with……

“Host communicated very well and was pleased with the ice cream we found when we arrived!”

“The unit is overall good. Has a very industrial vibe being a loft. The rugs were old and a bit dirty. The unit needs a broom to sweep the floors. I dropped a glass and with having concrete floors it of course broke and I did not have a way to clean up the small pieces of glass. ”

“While it’s a very cute place it just wasn’t clean. Musty smell was obvious on entry. It seemed the home had not been thoroughly cleaned, lots of cob webs and dust. Coffee maker was not in proper working order (pod element doesn’t work) we didn’t linger in the home much more than sleep because all I wanted to do was clean it and my husband wasn’t having that. ”

“Communication was good, the location was nice... However, the train horns did keep us awake at night, and the music from the bar downstairs was played very loud during the evening hours. We feel the loft had everything needed to make for a weekend stay. ”

“We had a great time at The Nelson Lofts. The apartment was well furnished, spacious, and easy to settle in to. It's a safe and fun environment down by the river in Davenport. Tim was a friendly host and easy to communicate with. We'd be happy to stay there again on our next visit to Davenport.”

“We loved the location! So beautiful overlooking downtown Rock Island. We were high above with well kept grounds and woodsy landscape. The Coachhouse was big, roomy, and comfortably furnished with beautiful time period furnishings. Yet with the modern conviences we expect. We were delighted with our whole stay. It's a beautiful coachhouse. Andew's House was delightful!”

“The Suites were nice and clean. They were as advertised. The suite my partner and I had was a cozy little hotel sitting room with a TV and couch that was attached with a conjoining room that led to a bedroom. For the price, the style, the location and amenities, we would absolutely stay again and recommend it as well. ”

“Property manager was not prepared and I had to remind them to send me property details. The lock did not work for the 14 days. If there’s people staying above, good luck with piece of mind because it sounds like rolling thunder anytime they walk anywhere.”
