“The Arabic lady in the facility that remained at the front desk was very cross with me and others. I was in a room that continued to drip from upstairs, I was not offered another room even though this had been going on for two days. My bathroom floor was soaked. I sat for almost two hours to get checked in after I had already paid online. I sat there watching her take walk-ins and a couple that made reservations from their car.
