“Everyone was attentive to my needs I had no hot water in cabin and they came quickly and fixed it . The television was not working the wrong tv remote was in the room they fixed it right away and needed to reboot the system. The showers the water had great pressure and nice and hot shower. The only other thing Saturday was rainy and cold and rain was coming into the cabin through the bottom of door wood looked rotted out They were notified of this and just kept a towel at bottom of door so not……

“The cabin was very cozy and fit our family (& pup) with plenty room. It is a little ‘rustic’ but exactly what we were looking for. Grounds are magical- tire swing, a brook, fire pit. Kids say it is their favorite place we have stayed so far. Host very responsive and helpful.”

“This cabin goes beyond the description of pictures and everything else. Absolute gorgeous property and the cabin was perfect. I could live there forever. Very private and our dog absolutely loved it. Close to everything you need for stores and restaurants but secluded feel. I would absolutely stay here over and over again. We cannot say enough positive things.”

“Probably the newest and nicest place we have stayed on Perkins Pond. Unfortunately the folks that are paid well for cleaning don’t do a good job. First impression was great but as we were unpacking began to notice things that had been neglected for some time. We contacted one of the folks and it turned out be the property owner. He was wonderful and grateful for our concern. I just hate that the cleaning company is taking advantage of the property owners.”
