「Staff needs improve, food needs improve, disappointed」

「The staff is welcoming and top-notch! The penthouse suites were out of this world. Food was 8.5/10 and cocktails a 7/10 (make sure you go to the lobby bar, they have the best mixers and spirits). Of course, the beaches are gorgeous, although water is not as crystal clear as some other locations. Still a wonderful experience and I hope to go back again!」

「Relatively quiet resort with little “young” adults. Staff / service is excellent. Restaurants and food as expected in a “luxury” resort. There is a convention center, so depending on your luck with what company is using, it may be quiet or a bit busy or noisy.」
