Bed had no blanket, pillows were obviously old and worn. Water temperature in shower was extremely difficult to control. Building is very old and has some bandaids and makeup but not by a good contractor. Would not stay again.

This hotel is so bad. The location is far away from central. There is only 2 restaurants and nothing is around. The room is so getto like staffs are not helpfully. They are not willing to help. And they treat customer like a prisoner. The room is so old and dirty, no hot water so i have to take a cold shower on the day Miami is so cold. You can’t believe that they check my ID for hair blowers which not available in the room. I have to cancel and booked to another hotel. This hotel is a nightmare that ve I never ever come back.

Staff when we arrived was unpleasant. When we got to our room the room was opened already. The smoke detector kept on beeping due to low battery. The guy came in and took it off the wall and never returned back with it. No towels in the bathroom. The water in the bathroom was only cold. No hot water. Paper thin walls and could hear everything even when people going outside all hours of the night so don’t expect any sleep. Only positive thing…close to beach. Won’t be returning back to this hotel ever.

We have never seen a more dilapitated so called hotel. They had skeleton keys for some of their door locks. Its dirty, the sheets are stained brown., so were the 2 towels provided. Took over 1 hre to get checked in at 4pm. We have had our share of horror stories. This one thrones the top! Very unfortunate.

Worst Stay Ever, Avoid at All Costs! I wish I could give zero stars. The room was dirty, the sheets smelled weird, and the bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. The air conditioning didn’t work, and the Wi-Fi was basically nonexistent. On top of that, the staff were rude and completely unhelpful when I asked for anything. I felt like I was staying in a rundown motel. I will never come back and would strongly warn anyone considering this place to look elsewhere.

The room was clean. The lobby was nice, great for pictures! The staff was mostly helpful. Tony was the best! Over all the stay was good but I do have some complaints. First, the lack of amenities. When I say there were none, there were literally none. No microwave, no hair dryers, no tooth brushes, nothing you would normally expect to be able to get at a hotel. They don't even have wash cloths so be sure to bring your own. Also, it was freezing outside the weekend I visited (30 F at night), and the hotel never turned on the heat, so the entire building, including our room was cold. We had to close our vent due to it blowing cold air. The room key cards, were not good quality. They kept getting deactivated and we had to have them resent almost every day. Last thing is as I was leaving, I needed to use the elevator to bring down my luggage. The elevator has an exterior door that needs to be closed to operate. Well apparently someone on another floor didn't close it, and it got stuck there. When I went to the front desk and said it wasn't working she told me why it didn't work, and said she didn't feel like going upstairs to close it. I had a ride to the airport waiting on me so I ended up having to carry everything down the stairs. That was a horrible customer service moment but luckily the positive experience we had with the other staff members outweighed that one bad moment.

The room was dirty and the front desk person was rude. I let him know that no.one clean the room, the sheets were stained and gross, the toilet didn't flush, someone hair was all over the toilet and floor , ask fr towel the second day but never got it. The person at the front desk when we got there had no customer service. Then the room wasn't ready for guest, the light switch at the door didn't turn on any lights, have to use my phone lights to find the bathroom light switch to get some light in room. The bathroom had no towels and the toilet wouldn't flush. We checked out as soon i returned off the road around 1am. It was a horrible experience

Lo único bueno de éste hotel es la ubicación, por su cercanía a playa. El hotel está viejo y descuidado. Huele a cigarro y alfombra sucia. La limpieza es cuestionable (pelos en el piso, el servicio sanitario estaba sucio cuando entramos a la habitación) La cama es espantosa! El colchón está cubierto de un plástico que no permite el descanso por el sonido que hace cuando uno se mueve. Las cortinas tampoco ayudan al descanso por el ruido exceso de claridad en las noches. Hagase un favor y NO reserve aqui!

The room was super neglected, peeling old wall paper. Bed frame seemed like it was found in a dump. Hot in the room, no air-conditioning controls. Only 2 small towels, and they where very old and resembled rags. Staff was uninterested to assist with anything. Plus the elevator was old, rusted and seemed very questionable for safety. This building should be closed down. This "hotel" should not be on any travel website.
