Great view and location but poor service

The view was beautiful and location was great. Had a very long stressful checkin process and had to pay $5/ bag to hold luggage until strick 4pm check in. Space was very run down . Internet went down and never was restored, AC wasn't working for a day. Maintenance man came but didnt speak English or fix the unit. My husband ended up fixing it. Pool was closed for all of Saturday and until 10 on Sunday for a private event. This was not comminuted in advance to atypicalended up fixing it himself.

Sehr gute Lage. Die Wohnung hat uns an sich gut gefallen, sie ist nur extrem renovierungsbedürftig. Die Rezeption hat meine Eltern rausgeworfen, als sie in der Lobby auf uns bei Abreise gewartet haben. Sehr unhöflich und unverschämt.
