This was such a beautiful place to stay at and within walking distance to the beach. The ambience of the entire property was amazing little courtyard areas that had gardens with lights felt like you were in your own little apartment. Will definitely come back again with the rest of my family.

The property is lovely and we were located near the pool, which was great. The room was alright, as it did need some upgrades (mainly flooring concerns) and the room wasn’t equipped with all essentials, which is alright but a bit inconvenient. Overall, our stay was enjoyable.

Third year staying at this property. Staff is super friendly. Check in with Ezequiel and Meltron was very pleasant and came with wine! Grounds are always beautiful and having a pool room this year was really nice! They are also pet friendly which is a huge positive. The only bummer was the shower water pressure and temp were lacking so be sure to check it when you get there. Kitchen had most essential items for dish and cookware.Parking garage around the corner was cheap, $20/day. Location is great! Short walk to the beach and Lincoln Rd shopping. Perfect for MMW. Will definitely be staying again!

Loved the landscaping and the recently renovated apartments with their modern appliances. Staff was always friendly and cooperative. Location was ideal, being 5 minutes from the beach and 2 minutes from nearby free trolley stops. Free morning coffee was a delight. Stayed over two weeks.

Our room was a decent size and clean. The location is good. There were sparse utensils and cooking ware. We saw two (2) cockroaches. The WiFi was terrible. Non existent. We had family on other side of property with same issue. The Front Desk was indifferent. The main lady shouldn't work in customer service. Constant lies about Internet being repaired tomorrow. I had planned to do some work there but it was impossible.

Clean apt. Having a full kitchen saved a lot of money!! Loved walking out of apt to a tropical lovely garden with shaded tables and chairs to have morning coffee or reatd. Location is great - 6 minutes from the beach. AC worked fine.

Staff was great. We were surprised that there wasn’t any onsite parking and had to walk 2 blocks from a garage. The room was spacious but could use some upkeep. Windows and door didn’t lock. Master bedroom AC went out during the night and we couldn’t kind anyone to fix it.

The good; the location, very convenient in every way. the mattress and bedding were good. the shower had good water temp and pressure, although the handle fell off. the bad; the kitchen had no silverware, no scissors, very little in the way of utensils or dishware. the uglly; from the moment i walked into the room, i had a mild allergic reaction, perhaps to mildew but i think more likely to the cleaning products. NONE OF THE WINDOWS CAN BE OPENED so the unit never gets any true ventilation. i’m sure this is for the AC but it made me sick and so i left early.
