「This was the worst hotel experience I've had in all my travels. I had registered as a member in the hotel's app and selected room 1813 on the 18th floor a day in advance. The room was available at the time, and the number was very meaningful to us. But when we arrived at the hotel, the front desk told us that someone had already checked in and arranged for us to go to a room on the 5th floor facing the street. The room was not well soundproofed and was noisy all night long. We didn't sleep well...

「I stayed at the Signia Hotel from June 18th to 21st, and unfortunately my experience was very frustrating.
The hotel was hosting the “Jack and Jill Conference” with a large number of attendees (mostly teenagers), but the elevator situation was completely unacceptable. Out of 12 elevators, only 4 were working (2 on each side), which created chaos. Every time I needed to go to my room on the 32nd floor, I had to wait 30–45 minutes just to get an elevator.
