The staff were absolutely lovely. Super helpful and kind. Facility was very nice. The pool was closed due to a function. Which wouldn't have been an issue had that not been our only plan for the day... So we were a little miffed about that. But we went out to explore the area. Not much around for a good breakfast. But we grabbed food at the cafe onsite and went on our way.

Nice to have extra living space. The kitchen didn’t have any supplies other than providing coffee, microwave and small fridge. No plates or silverware, etc. Balcony was wide enough and wrapped around the corner. Good views of the area. Bed and bath were nice. Great soaking tub with robes. Hotel was very busy and it was hard to get an elevator. We didn’t eat there so cannot rate the food.

Hotel was gorgeous and space worked amazing for our family of 6. Cant give 4 stars bc for $1,000 a night....there was hair in every single corner of every room. Bathroom wasnt fully cleaned. Very offputting and honestly shocking at this price point.

Booked the larger 1000 sq. ft 2-bedroom suite on Expedia which included 2 bathrooms and called the Gale and they confirmed. On check-in they put us in a smaller 2-bedrrom room with 1 bathroom and on calling them they would not make change without 'proof'.

I went for a relaxing stay.. there was nothing relaxing about it.. there were people everywhere.. it took over a half hour to get an elevator one of the showers in my room didn’t work. The water would not go down which was gross. It advertised a sauna. But when I get there it was an extra cost on top of paying close to 2000 dollars for a weekend.

The hotel and location are wonderful, and the amenities are great. However, the housekeeping service was disappointing. They do not offer room cleaning for stays shorter than four nights. On our second day, we requested fresh bedsheets and towels; though they promised to deliver them, nothing arrived by the time we returned that evening. After a follow-up call, they sent them immediately. The next day, we asked the front desk for more towels, but the staff was neither helpful nor pleasant, and the towels were never delivered. While the property is beautiful, the service needs improvement.

The staff is courteous and all the common areas are very clean. They have a great gym that has 24 hour access. The bed was super comfortable. There is a lot of construction goin on during the day in the area but you barely hear it in the room. The only things I didn’t like is that they don’t provide daily housekeeping, you have to call for towels. Also they give you 2 small courtesy bottles of water but there are no ice machines. As a silver member I was gifted a free bottle of wine and an opener which I appreciated. They also give 2 free sangrias daily after 6pm.

This property is not a high end hotel, starting from the service the staff is rude, non accommodating, doesn’t care attitude, some don’t even speak English, they charge 35 dollars additional per day for things that need to be included in the high price they charge to begin with, like two bottles of water for the whole stay, a beach access that is 15 minutes away where you need to pay parking more than 20 dollars, they don’t clean the rooms, the parking at the hotel is 75 dollars per night, steep price for something that should be included in a high end hotel. This hotel is set up to take your money for every little thing and not to provide much. The inside kitchen has nothing not even soap to wash your hands, if you want clean towels daily, you have to tell them, the food in their restaurant is way over priced, nothing in this hotel was something that is worth to pay all the money. We won’t be staying again in this hotel.

The room itself was nice, however, that was the only good thing about this hotel. There’s no reason for any guest to have to call the front desk 12-15 times in a 20 minute span, just to ask for something. Hotel staff was nice but has no sense of urgency at all. The lobby and elevator lines were always an unorganized mess. This hotel is clearly not equipped to take on as many guests as they have. Our room was clean for the most part, but our balcony had a condom wrapper and other garbage on it. The valet service that this hotel uses stole our sunglasses from our car, which still has not been resolved. Not worth the $1800 we paid, at all. We probably will not be coming back to the Gale.

The second bath, where my son and daughter share it was very unsanitary, they run out of toilet paper at midnight and looking for a toilet paper they found a new toilet paper but inside was a bloody sanitary pad, inside of the cone (was disgusted and unsanitary) my child didn’t woke me up but used tissue paper instead at the morning my child showed the toilet paper infected…. Also in my kids room weren’t a steamer to be irin cloths, neither in the kitchen dish soap. Also in the lobby with hundreds of people in and out there was a teo small jars of water, we were thirsty and those jars were empty all the time. I was very disappointed for the experience that we encounter it for the price that we paid we expect better and cleaness at least. The manager tried to calm us with a $100 refund for the incident. Wich it was ridiculous to us. I think for the price we paid we must expect better
