「The experience was honestly amazing. The staff every single one was so kind and caring. They treated everyone amazing. They went above and beyond for me when my rental vehicle key fob was not working and 5 staff member included the front desk manager came and we put our heads together an opened it. 「Clean room, dated. The hot tub and pool were beyond packed to the point of me needing to get out due task it became uncomfortable. With a location and prices like these I would expect 2 outdoor hot tubs or 2 indoor (for a resort of this size) like one sees in Colorado or Utah. Bar closes at 9pm on Friday and Saturday nights, would have been nice to see it open until 10. Over all, nice property, needs a bit of updating but it was a great stay. 」

"Everything is good except for not notifying us there is a 24 hours open Gym next to our room. And the noise comes from the Gym is sooo loud since 6am. I called the front desk, and the lady obviously know that the noise will affect the rooms close to the gym. And she was quite nice to promise to send someone to stop it. But never stops actually. And the next day, I went to the front desk, expressing my disappointment about this. She talked about the rights to use the GYM while I talked about the service and notification ahead about the possible gym noises. And the attitude from her was really bad. This is a really bad experience. "
