Great place to stay

Great house, great location. Very clean and accommodating. Golf cart was perfect for getting around. I would recommend this place for any family. We all loved the pool also.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The property was well-maintained, and the neighborhood was really nice. It's close proximity to the beach, and having the golf cart worked out well. We had to call maintenance for a water hose and pool net, and they brought those things right away.

Fan reunion

We came to Florida for a family reunion with our kids. We had a great time and the house was perfect for the amount of people we had there. My only complaint would be that there were not enough rolls of toilet paper, kitchen garbage bags, and paper towels although when we called the maintenance person, he immediately brought them.Remembering to hit the alarm at the sliding glass door was a bit of a learning curve and pierced our ears many times, but we totally understood the reason behind it. We had a great time, and if we ever returned to the area, we would seek out your residence. Thank you.

Our stay in Miramar at Shark Tales

This house is amazing and is in a nice gated community! Very clean and has all the essentials. The golf cart was a great addition and made it easy to get back and forth to the beach. There is a safety feature to ensure no kiddos slip out into the pool without parents knowing which I feel is a bonus if you are traveling with kids. Do yourself a favor and book!

Exceptional

We have stayed in multiple properties in Miramar and the surrounding areas, and this was by far our favorite. The house was spotless on our arrival which made starting out our vacation with ease. We loved all the king beds and the added bunk beds. The backyard pool was clean and so relaxing and the golf cart was great to have to avoid sand in the car going back and forth. We will most definitely be staying here again. My only recommendation would be to add a full length mirror in the home for the ladies.

Paradise!

This brand new, beautifully decorated, beach home is nothing short of fabulous! 6 bedrooms spacious enough to comfortably sleep our party of 9 with room(s) to spare! The beds are new and top notch (not to mention finding a place with 4 Kings is hard to come by), enjoy LARGE screen tv's in every room, the awesome pool (keep in mind there's a fee to heat), and a brand new 6 seater golf cart gets everyone around offers a quick/short ride to the beach! We had our framily Thanksgiving here and created some happy and unforgettable memories!! We will be back!! If you're looking for a place to rent in Miramar, our group highly recommends stayin at Shark Tales....it's PARADISE!!

Great home and location, but far from perfect.

Beautiful home. We had a large group of 11 staying for 6 nights. Very little detergent for dishwasher left. Very little toilet paper or paper towels as well. Only a couple of trash bags. It would seem to me the for the amount we spent on the rental, these items should be covered for a large group for the length of stay. In addition, we found vomit in the back yard from the prior guests that had not been cleaned up, as well as a piece of poop on the floor in one of the bathrooms. Im guessing your cleaning crew isn't doing the greatest job. Not happy about the poop, especially since the cleaning fee wasn't exactly low. We will probably spend a little more next summer and just rent a location right on the beach. I hope you figure out your problems for future guests.
