Great location

The location and the price were the best things about the unit. It’s a nice small unit with some needs but it worked well for us. Also had ample parking available during a very busy time. Beach access right across the street was a welcome feature.

Everything was fine. I would stay again, so long as the area made sense. There's not a lot around and a vehicle would be best, for for my needs everything was fine.

Gulfview is one of my favorite spots because the beach is never crowded. Anywhere else I find myself 5 rows deep in umbrellas. Property has been updated and the amenities are typical for what you would expect.

This property needs a major deep clean. The couch, chair, and couch pillows were beyond filthy. The rug on the floor was black. You could tell the floors weren’t clean either. There were dirt marks on all of the walls and handprints on the sliding glass doors. All seating needed a good scrub and baseboards were also very dirty. We didn’t sit on the couch the entire stay. We wiped everything down with wipes. The location was great! The swimming pool and hot tub were nice. The cleaner’s ‘’version’’ of clean is far from that.

We enjoyed staying here. It was a short walk to the beach. The size of the condo was perfect for our family of three. It was clean. The location of the condo was also great and not a far drive to the hot spots we wanted to check out.

The condo had everything we needed and then some. The unit was clean, quiet and very close to the beach. Check in and out was simple. I would definitely stay at this unit again!

The home could have been cleaned much better than it was. Bedding had stains and mold on the ceiling. Other than that, the property itself is right across from the beach and has a private access so that was great.

This unit is very small. It says sleeps 6…Omgoodness, definitely NOT adults. It did have pots and pans, spoons n forks,knives provided. Coffee pot and Kerurig provided. . Some cookware provided. Hair dryer didn’t work. The cleanliness was a huge issue for me. Feet would get black walking on the floors. Hair all in corners🤢

Perfect Place/Location

We were very happy with the condo. Was just as listed, very clean, with all necessaties, literally across the street from beach which was great. No need to pack car. Very easy check in. Great stay. Definitely recommend and plan to be back.
