“The house was wonderful. Beautiful garden and seating area outside. The rooms were all spotless and housekeeping did a perfect job of maintaining during our stay. The bathroom was large and decorated beautifully. There were soaps left for the shower. The bed and the sheets were so soft and we slept very well. The breakfast included pastries, bacon, eggs, fruit, toast, juice, and coffee. It was extremely delicious and made to order. The location of this house is perfect, a quiet area but……

“Prior to this aread wed been to Roma, Sperlonga and Pompeii....but this was the highlight of our trip!!! The property and location were so authentic and real, a breathe of fresh air away from mass tourism. The hosts, chef, food, gardens, view, and nearby coves all blew our minds. Wed love to return!!!”

“Such a beautiful, relaxing place, in an amazing setting. The gardens are fabulous, not just the cactus garden but all the different fruits and flowers, with peacocks wandering around, it was magical. There is a lovely cafe/restaurant, only downside it wasnt open every day for dinner but that wasnt a problem for us, as there are eateries within walking distance or a short bus ride away. The staff were lovely and very special and we had the most amazing massage. We cannot speak highly enough of……
