"Property was in ok conditions, or room had garbage from i dont know when. When i turned on shower faucet the water came out light brown then turned clear. While we were spending time in pool, there was a group of girls blow drying and straightening their hair outside office. Then there were others smoking weed by pool, that ended our pool time short. Staff was very friendly but i definitely think there should be safer guidelines the staff follows."

"wasn't happy about how expensive the stay is, plus have to pay a $35 fee per day, (credited $18 if used on their bar, coffee or upstairs bar). Great location if you need to go to the convention or crypto but too expensive for the experience!!"

"Wonderful except that all restaurants were closed for construction while we were there and the heated pool was cold. Beautiful city views with wall to wall windows, very clean, friendly staff, good vip perks."

"This properties location was great. So much at walking distance. Loved having a 711 across the street to grab snacks during our trip. We watched a comedy show at the theater which was walking distance as well. The hotel itself is very modern, I was a bit nervous with taking our 10, 9, and 7 year old but it was honestly fine. They loved the pool and were able to swim and be happy. I was nervous if people or the staff would complain about kids being kids and having fun but no, they let them play and others swam with them. The only complaint was parking was so expensive, basically another nights stay! But what made it better was the staff all there were quick and polite. I would most likely to stay there again. "

I also appreciated how peaceful the atmosphere was—it felt like a little retreat even though we were so close to all the excitement. "Staff were friendly and attentive. The room was very nice and clean. The pool is next to the freeway, down a set of stairs. It is very nice, has good seating, however it is below the dumpsters for the kitchen and the lids for the dumpster were open and hanging over the lounge chair area. We were concerned we'd end up under a bag of trash while laying out."

"Fantastic location in Hollywood area and so close to tons of shops and restaurants. Good parking option at the ovation if you decide not or pay the price for valet parking. Furniture conditions could be improved inside the hotel specially the doors to the rooms and the TV stands and bathrooms. I was very happy with our start otherwise."
