"Dirty room musty smell black dirt stains on shower tub floor could not take a shower clogged water drain dirty glasses for use in room. Had to leave vacation early only spent one night and cancelled the other days. "

"The room was nice and spacious, but not very clean. The floors were sticky, there were smears and stains on the bathroom walls, the tables throughout the room had some sticky smears. Our bathroom sink barely drained and was very slow. I had a few cold showers during our 3 night reservation. We did notify the front desk and hotel messaging about the issues and was told that the drain would be fixed first thing in the morning, the floors would be cleaned to remove the maple syrup smell and stickiness, and the boiler would be reset to improve the water temp. Not one housekeeping or maintenance visit occurred during our stay. The front desk was pleasant and friendly and did reset the water for us to have a warm shower the final night. The breakfast was underwhelming and the breakfast area was dirty. We will be staying at a different location the next time we visit San Antonio. "

"I got my first room and it was not good chairs broken no items to cook with like they said ice machine broken and more then our second room was the same "

"We had a great stay! Staff was courteous and friendly. We were right next to the airport, but didn’t hear a single thing. The property was nice, and a good part of San Antonio! "

"The only thing I can say that was stressful was at check in we were required to check in at 4pm we get there and our room was not ready and apparently from what we saw nobody room was available. We didn’t get our room until almost 10pm we had driven in a wanted to rest but we couldn’t we had to take a nap in the car while we waited. We had somewhere to go so we killed time in the meantime thankfully it was ready when we came back to check. That is the only bad thing. But other than that the food there was delicious the staff was nice. We did get accommodated with free breakfast but I feel that isn’t enough "
