“Was up graded without even asking. This resort was first class on every aspect. Only wish we’d booked a longer stay. Will be back next year ”

“Rugs smelled like cigars everywhere Access to the pool area was overtaken by events in which i was unable to enjoy my stay. Everyone was smoking cigars I was given a room with a wall for a view. Horrible. the eggs at breakfast need to be cooked better and they should have more meat options especially since we were in dominican republic I requested three diffferent appetizers and none were available to me. I had to end up going out to eat. This is the second Hilton i have stayed in Santiago……

“Stayed one night and LOVED the hotel! I’m glad I read the reviews bc I was able to adjust my expectations based on other reviews. First, the front desk gentleman and valet attendant were EXCELLENT! Great customer service! The property and room were GORGEOUS!! Excellent bath products by Byredo, which my daughter was surprised by bc it is a great brand and isn’t typical at hotels. The bed was SUPER comfortable! I seriously was sad I didn’t have the opportunity to sleep longer bc we got in late and……

“The camper room wreaked of a horrible smell and fume which within 20 mins caused my girlfriend to constantly cough and gag then within an hour or two both of us had headaches and needed ventilation and outdoor air. They tried to accommodate us with another camper but by then we both felt extremely nauseated and refused to stay. On top of that I was told I couldn’t get a refund. ”
