“The hotel was very well kept and great for couples. Staff were helpful overall. There is no staff past 11 so if you have any issues I was not given a number to call (thankfully there was no issues). The valet didn’t really help with our bags as much as I hoped. Typical valet will help handle all bags to be delivered to your room, or something but that wasn’t the case. There is a large flight of stairs and no elevator so that contributed to the bag issue and not having a cart to wheel anything……

“Booked for my parents who were in town. After we had finished for the day I checked them around 9PM, we were told that a parking pass would left on the table, none was found. Reached out to the host but took too long to respond so I had to pay to park the car in an alternate garage several blocks away., even though parking was supposed to be included. Communicated with the host for reimbursement and never received an answer. If I need to book another room in the area, I will choose somewhere……

“The room has poor sound insulation and is extremely noisy at night. Additionally, the toilet plumbing is malfunctioning and produces loud noise throughout the night, which makes it impossible to sleep.”

“The room was fairly large, much bigger than a regular hotel room. The balcony was quite nice as well. Bed area was separated by a partial wall, with a small table and chairs plus 2 armchairs in the segregated area. The 2 Sams that looked after us at the restaurant were fantastic. Check in was a bit chaotic as there was a function that night and the reception area was used for part of their function. Hard to get through the crowd to the elevator. Overall, good experience. Would go back.”
