"It was a very clean building and a beautiful, comfortable, nice sized apartment. We were supplied with a Kuerig brewer and pods. Laundry and dishwashing detergent was supplied. A 10 minute walk to Whole Foods and a few good restaurants nearby. The Broad Street Station was an 8 minute walk with frequent service to NY Penn Station. We.will definitely stay here in the future."

"It was a great location if you want to visit both New York and stay in a quieter neighborhood. It was a fantastic little space that was cozy and well maintained. We loved the space and it was perfect for our family while on holiday. Everything you needed was nearby. There was no stove so we couldn’t make any hot meals but all other kitchen amenities were provided. We would definitely book here again if we come back"

"Our stay was very nice. We felt safe in the house because of the off street parking, and multiple locked doors. The stairs up to the room were a little tricky to use. The neighborhood made me feel a little weary, but the street this listing was on felt safer than the others. Overall, the place served our purpose for our stay, and it was enjoyable and homey."

"Don was great, very quick with communication and helpful whenever we needed something! The place is in a nice neighborhood with plenty of backyard space. We’re kind of tall people so at times it felt a bit compact but it suited us well for the timing and price. Don provided us with everything to use the fire pit, which we were very excited to do but it was cold and rainy most of the weekend. Would definitely stay again! "
