“Good morning, in trying to give you the biggest and fairest picture of this property, I would say that overall we had a pleasant trip. The staff is extremely friendly and quick to respond to any of your needs. We felt the hotel had charm and a beautiful view as promised. However, we also felt that the facility was very outdated and in need of many repairs. During our four day stay, we reassigned three different rooms due to various issues. The first room which is literally numbered number one is……

“Wonderful stay. Clean room. Comfortable space. Ourside areas were great! Easy access to town (down steps). Chase and Lyndsey are awesome hosts!”

“I’m giving 5 stars for the restaurant staff for their stellar service and great food but 0 stars for the management staff. On the 2nd day we got a massive leak and maintenance said that that’s the room they having issues with leaks and they can’t fix it.The room also was very outdated with the tv only being able to stream YouTube. The biggest red flag they have is their complete lack of security presence during the night time. On one night while my kids were trying to sleep a couple of women……

“A pair of my shorts fell from my balcony, and I immediately notified hotel staff, clearly explaining the exact location where the item had landed. I was initially told by staff that nothing had been found. However, after I insisted and reiterated the precise location, the same item was suddenly “found” and returned by the same staff who had previously denied seeing it. This situation is concerning, as it raises questions about the handling of guest property and the accuracy of staff……

“Downtown close to the airport ”

“Parking was full because they had 2 kids birthday parties going on. The resort is a little tired looking it must of been beautiful back in the day. Rooms could use an extra cleaning. It met our needs for a night stay ”

“Beautiful, low key resort with alll the amenities you would want. The restaurants were terrific, the beach was beautiful and the stsfff was attentive. The room was spacious and comfortable ”

“As everyone has commented Janet and Sam were AWESOME hostess/host. Janet would go out of her way to answer questions to make your trip more enjoyable. Sam went out of his way to video chat with us when we took a wrong turn on our walk to Secret Harbor Beach. Two Sandals could use some updates, but the view and location were AMAZING. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to spend time on the island of St John NP due tot he close proximity to the Red Hook Ferry. We did……

“ Very bad experience anywhere in the beach in the hotel in the restaurant I wasn’t happy but poor Service that have many people to work in lunchtime. Take you 2 1/2 hour to eat taco fish.”

“Our stay at The Saint was great, the room was clean and had a beautiful view of the Sea. The balcony had lovely flowering plants nearby that were wonderfully fragrant which added a special feature to our morning coffee on the porch. The pool bar was perfectly situated to watch the sunset while lounging in a floating chair with a cocktail. Good location with parking and walking distance to Cruz Bay. ”
