「The general stay was good however, I contacted the host via the app a few times and never got a response. Also the sofas in the back room were terrible and very uncomfortable, they all need to be refilled or changed. My sister who joined us is pregnant and found it very uncomfortable to rest there. The room with the kitchen had too many tables and chairs and instead having sofas would have been nice there with the one set of table and chairs. In the description it said that one room would have 4...

「We had no hot water the whole time we were there. You cant get hold of the owner, they don't seem to care. Also there are no fans provided and the pod retains heat so it unbearable in the hot days. 」

「Lovely place for a stay but ruined by blatant dishonesty. Owners advertise on multiple platforms that there is an indoor pool - they even have pics, but the "pool" is apparently at an indoor leisure club 4 miles away. Absolute jokers. Even when i contacted the club- i still had to pay for going swimming. Such a disappointing stay and ive lodged refund request from hotels.com」
