“Parking area was dirty. Surprised by the trash. Nice area; I don’t understand why the parking area is not cleaned.”

“Very spacious condo, loved the balcony, good location. The pool facilities had plenty of chairs and umbrellas. The building laundry room was close by and easy to use. The owner provided a rechargeable laundry card. The "short walk" to the ocean was slightly longer than expected (1/3mile). However, the owner provided a heavy duty sand wagon to carry beach chairs and umbrellas. They had a metal umbrella that anchored well in the sand and held up in the afternoon winds.”
