“Our son is in a wheelchair. Staff and facility were very accommodating to people with disabilities. All of resort was assessable to us. The rooms were great, pools and beaches were outstanding.”

“It took us 2 days to get towels!! They kept saying we were on the list. I even went down to the office, called 3 times and miraculously on the 4th phone call and 36 hours later after the original request we got 2 hand towels and 2 shower towels. We asked for 4 as there were 4 in our party. They couldn’t find anymore. The neighbors were yelling and screaming half the time. Not an enjoyable stay which is sad because we had stayed there previously and loved it.”

“We have stayed at the Perry Hotel many times. I love the modern touch of the hotel, with extremely clean rooms and a well maintained pool. The staff are extremely friendly and always provide great service especially Jessica who serves poolside. Jessica is always on point with maintaining the pool area, taking food orders and drink orders. If Jessica isn’t working I do notice that the pool area can lack cleanliness due to drinks cups, old towels and trash laying around. The food is always……

“I was amazed on how fresh and clean the room was . I am OCD with cleanliness and I can vouch for the cleanliness of the room. Only issue was the pillows. They were too hard and we woke up with a neck ache. Besides that this is all 5 stars .”

“Overall, we had a good stay, but there are several areas that could be improved. The hotel is nice overall, room was fine, ac was good, but it hotel lacks entertainment. The bar has no music, which makes the atmosphere feel quiet, and it closes quite early. The complimentary beach chairs are a nice perk, but there are no umbrellas available. Also, the staff who collect the chairs constantly monitor guests and seem eager to remove them. They even start collecting the chairs before 7:00 p.m.,……

“Check-in was the best I’ve ever had, the gentleman that checked us in was super helpful and ever so informative. He explained everything and left nothing to think about. Captiva Room was so nice, very clean and head everything we could ask for. Property was well maintained and had so many activities and all was included. Ate dinner at Rae’s restaurant which was delicious. Great way to celebrate my wife’s birthday.”
