NYE friends getaway

Overall lovely accommodations, good neighborhood, close to downtown attractions. Appreciated the secure backyard and outdoor amenities. Unfortunately we could not use the grill as it had not been cleaned. Also, the ignition for the outdoor fire feature did not operate properly

Beautiful Home, Heavenly Backyard, Responsive Owners!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay here at Big Blue. The yard is very big with games and a gorgeous grill for cooking out and hot tub. Kitchen and living area are very big, rooms are very big lots of space for luggage etc. Location is only a 10-12 minute Uber ride to downtown. Perfect place for our gathering of family and friends to celebrate graduation. Kitchen and bar well appointed, comfortable beds, nice clean soft sheets and bedding. Owners very responsive and made the whole process easy. Can't say enough good things about this place--we will be back!

Musical & cultural immersion via great house & great neighborhood

Life-changing epic trip based on the musical immersion and time with family and catching up with old friends and making new ones. Solid wrap-up at Jane’s Hideaway (very close). The house was great and inspired and enabled our activities. Took some bluegrass guitar lessons as there was a beautiful music store very close. Everything cool is very nearby and everything nearby is cool.

Comfortable Place

We enjoyed our stay in Nashville and the comfort this home provided us. The weather kept us inside and on the back porch but there was plenty of room for the 9 of us. The rear master suite is an oasis and the bunk room was a wonderful place for the kids (7,5 & 2). If you are a light sleeper the front 2 bedrooms are not quiet. The home is on a busy street and street noise is 24/7. We used white noise generators to counter act. As an owner of a hot stay property I know the difficulty of stocking the kitchen, but his had the bare minimum and the grill grates on the BBQ were unusable. We enjoyed this property and the owner was responsive when we asked questions. Enjoy your stay.

Great Weekend Guys Trip

House was more spacious than I thought it would be. We had easy check-in, and the privacy fence was perfect for us to hang out in the back yard. Great weekend with some guys!

Great Bachelor Party Weekend

We had a great time. House is very conveniently located to Broadway and everything was very clean and accommodating. Had a great time playig yard games during the day in the bank yard. Would highly reccomend!!

Big Blue delivers Big!

This was a perfect property for our girls trip to Nashville! We spent most of our time on the amazing back patio and were only a 5 min Uber ride from the action! Plenty of space for our group of 11. We’ll be back!

Great house

Big Blue was everything we could have wanted for our mini moms get away weekend. The house had everything we needed and more. The decor is so fun and makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in. Highly recommended!

Perfect family getaway.

The house is very convenient to many restaurants and places of interest. The house was very clean they included everything you would need. The beds were also very comfortable we all had a great nights sleep. It was just like being at home. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this house again if we go to Nashville.

Wonderful stay

8 of us came to visit Nashville, and were lucky enough to stay here! The house has plenty of beds & rooms, a great backyard with a large firepit, and is a short uber to all of Nashville! Mike was also very accommodating and friendly. Would definitely recommend!

Great House!

Weekend trip with some college friends. House was great--spacious, clean, well laid out, and in an excellent location. Communication with host was very easy and straightforward. Will definitely return next time we're in Nashville. Highly recommend.

Amazing House for 35th birthday party

Our overall experience at this house was amazing from beginning to end. Check in and out was super easy. Everything was carefully explained in a binder book which was clutch. The outdoor living experience... porch and jacuzzi were perfect for our large group. Everything was within 15 minutes of our stay so it was easy to get around with Uber and Lyft. We will return!!!!
