Great place to stay in Nashville

Wonderful home for a trip the Nashville. Walking to Farmer's market, Germantown and Broadway.will stay again if our travels take us to Nashville!!

Cute and clean.

The property was very nice and clean. It was a short Uber ride to all the hot spots. Based on what we were told by the locals, you probably wouldn’t want to walk around at night. Few sketchy people wandering around but we had absolutely no problems. I would stay again.

Nice small place super close to Broadway

Very close to Broadway which was huge. Unfortunately the Heat wasn’t working and we were stuck all weekend with 62 degrees in the house when it was teens/20’s outside all weekend. Nothing against the owners, they responded quickly & attempted to fix the issue while we were there.

No TV and No Heat

Could not get the TV to work. Had to keep flipping the breaker to keep the heat on. Home was very pricey for the area it was in. We are not happy campers!!!!

Perfect for our trip

Pretty house with plenty of space and close enough to downtown for a decently cheap and quick Uber ride. Instacart won’t deliver there, and Ubers advised us not to walk around alone or after dark. Felt safe, nothing sketchy seemed to be happening outside after dark. Missing some kitchen utensils, and had an issue with the food not being very cold. We didn’t eat in much, so it wasn’t a big deal. Overall great stay, would rebook!

NV @ Christmas

Kitchen cupboards and drawers need a thorough cleaning (roach sign). Had to wash everything before use. Cutlery set would have been helpful (only one butcher knife available). Freezer needed to be cleaned as well before used.Carpet corners bent up in master and kitchen (trip hazard) and need all need thorough cleaning.
