Great house set up

Great house set up for a large group. Very clean. Hot tubs were hot and a great set up on the roof. Host was extremely communicative. Awesome location on quiet street, and close to all the downtown attractions.

10/10 STAY!

I rented out both of these homes for my sister’s bachelorette with 20 girls and wow did it deliver! I’m always a little nervous to arrive to rental homes, but when I got to this one I was instantly pleased. So clean, so spacious, so many spaces to hang out, and truly exactly like the photos. And such a short ride to broadway! Eric was so easy to work with - we utilized his stock the fridge service so that when we arrived all our food and drinks were already waiting for us. SO worth it to not have to do a massive grocery run with the girls or rely on a service to find the house/get there on time for us. I cannot recommend these homes enough! I’ve been on a lot of bachelorettes and this was by far the nicest stay and experience I’ve had.
