"The bed was warm and comfortable. There are enough amenities for your stay. Staff was very informative at check in. There is a tasty free breakfast in the morning as well. I would recommend this hotel."

"Room was clean and the staff was very friendly. There were some converters already and there is daily room cleaning if you need. I would stay here again because of how convenient the location was."

"Super helpful staff...went to have a relaxing night of pupus and beer and James served us. We were the last to leave the restaurant but he was so kind not to chase us out of the restautant. He was so kind and pleasant and he always had a smile when he was speaking with us. Went to the front desk for help with restaurants and they printed out a map of nearby places. Checking out, Dahlia was so happy and friendly to assist me. For a single traveller, my room was just the right size for me. However, a room with two beds seemed to be on the smaller side. The atmosphere was very welcoming and warm. The location was perfect walking distance to Insadong, Gwanghwamun Square, The Palace, Hanbok Village, the subway and a lot of eateries. "
