「My stay was disappointing. I had to wait until 4 PM to check in because my room wasn’t cleaned. The hotel seems to cater mostly to blue-collar workers, with many work trucks in the parking lot. One major issue is that rooms are only cleaned once a week, which was not disclosed when booking. This should be clearly stated so guests know ahead of time. The internet is very poor, especially if you need it for work, and the front desk said there was nothing they could do. Overall, the hotel did not...

「Housekeeping banging on the door at 8am asking if I was checking out? Why would anyone bang asking those questions when front desk should know each room extending or checking out. Very unprofessional and if I had been sleeping would she had just came in since she had her key out. Told front desk as I was leaving. 」
