「The cabin is better than the pics and it’s in a cute cozy community, minutes from hiking/skiing/lakeside/town. The kitchen is very well equipped, the beds are very comfortable, and the house systems are easy to use (check-in, heating, washer/dryer, dish washer). Communicative and generous hosts made everything welcoming and easy.」

「Our family stayed here for Christmas- three kiddos (ages 2-5), sister-in-law and her husband and my husband’s parents. There was plenty of space for everyone! Each bedroom was a good size and the main living area, kitchen and dining room were big enough for the six adults and three littles. The entire house was well-decorated which made it feel modern and upscale. The large couches, blankets and fireplace made the main living area super cozy. It was a pleasant surprise to see the refrigerator...

It was so warm and inviting, even my dog felt at home with a bed for him, and a raised food/water bowls. I’ve never stayed in a rental property that was this clean and well kept. It exceeded my expectations (and that’s not easy to do). The neighborhood is very quiet and made for a very relaxing...

「The house is great! Clean, comfortable and charming. Very close to everything in town. Only disappointing thing is that no access offered to Incline Beaches. I know this is a trend and I am aware of the reasons why, but something should be reconsidered. The Incline beaches are a main summer attraction and it’s disappointing not to be able go. I would encourage property owners to work something out with IVGID for there rental guest.」

「We really enjoyed our stay at the Tanner’s Cabin in Elk Point. When we arrived the house was heated, which was very nice because it was unusually cold during our stay. On the drive up there were snow flurries, though it wasn’t cold enough to stick. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of pots and pans along with a generous amount of flatware, silverware, and glasses, and there is dishwasher that makes cleanup easier. Once we were settled in, we enjoyed the view and access to the shoreline...

「This is a beautiful home in an absolutely wonderful location on the Northshore of Lake Tahoe. It was perfect for our family of 8. The upstairs master bedroom is lovely. The beds are very comfortable and I love the linens. The kitchen is stocked with more than you ever thought you needed, dishes included. It surpasses the site's pictures. My only complaint is that the house should have had a walkthrough by the management team before our arrival: we found chirping smoke alarms, burnt out lights...
