“Faucet handle came off with first use. Tried putting it back on. Water would not stop running, called staff and they couldn’t fix it so they just turned the water off to the faucet and was told to use the water out of the tub to wash hands. AC did not work. Hotel seemed to be rundown. No microwave or no mini fridge in the room. Highly do not recommend.”

“昨天晚上入住这里，服务台工作人员态度很好，之前给我安排服务台对面楼没有Wi-Fi，就换到服务台这边的楼层，没想到房间都没有做好清洁，又回到服务台等了十几分钟，第三次换了房间才折腾完，已经没力气洗澡直接睡觉了，房子隔音不好，空调噪音很大，将就一个晚上吧。”
