「This was the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at....Room and bed was fabulous and the view of ocean was perfect! The staff were wonderful and food was always first class....I stayed 10 days and have already made plans to re book!! Tyrick the bartender always helped along with Nick and the chef Cristina....the owner Anna also made sure everything was nice and made the stay unforgetable!!!......The pool was exceptionally clean and warm,so I did spend time there,which was great!!!!」

「This resort serves as a training facility for students in the hospitality industry and what a fantastic job! The staff was amazing, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure you are comfortable. A hearty Jamaican cuisine is served for breakfast. The pastries are fantastic! Not overly sweet and extremely tasty. The pool is clean and well maintained. However, the rooms are a bit dated and there is no entertainment. If you expect a high-end international experience this may not be your best...

「I wanted to give this resort grace because I understand they were dealing with the effects of the recent hurricane, and I know that can impact operations. However, some of the issues we experienced were simply inexcusable. The constant road noise made it difficult to relax, and waking up to it every morning wasn't pleasant. The shower rarely had hot water, and at times I had to stand in the tub and use a cup just to bathe. Housekeeping was inconsistent. Our room wasn't always properly cleaned,...

The other property was rundown and smile like its been locked up for months, as soon as we walked in we received damaged furniture, roaches in the bathtub and the ac or hot water didn't work we try to communicate it and the host didn't respond until the day of check out to tell us we will not be getting out security deposit back that we had...
