「This property had an amazing very central location, the property was very clean and once we got our check-in information it was very easy (though it did not come in advance of us arriving for check-in which was a bit stressful). The beds were very comfortable and the home very private! We had all the space we could ever need and were well set for nice bedding and towels! We loved our stay and would stay again!」

「We stayed for two nights to enjoy shows at the Stratford Festival and the excellent restaurants in the area. Downtown Stratford and the Avon theatre were in easy walking distance. It was just a short drive to the other theaters. A place was very comfortable and quiet, an ideal headquarters for a couple on a trip to Stratford.」

「Our stay at Carly's VRBO was extremely pleasant. She has thought of everything possible to make guests comfortable; even stocking the fridge with basic necessities. While we did not eat any snacks, these were also readily available. Very clean, very comfortable; temperature just right. Highly recommend.」

「little trouble with communication to check in (part my fault) the basement suite has recently been refinished with new appliances etc. 2 nice large bedrooms. The floor from above is kind of squeaky but the people upstairs where very quiet. Location was great easy walk to downtown theatres Jobsite brewery (great place) overall would stay again. would give it 4 out of 5」

「Initially we were having an issue because we didn’t know there would be people staying in the basement. The people in the basement were extremely disruptive. There was a strange smell coming from under the sink and one of the smoke detectors wasn’t secured to the ceiling. They sent someone out to fix this one but we were out at the time. There is only Netflix on the tv that we could find and the sofa bed actually did not have a mattress on it- this issue we didn’t discover until our last day...
