“Clean, fairly comfortable. Could use new bedding as it’s very worn. Could also use more towels, and more living room furniture. With 6 people staying there, nowhere to sit.”

“Communication with host was excellent. This is a good place for young travelers, not multi-generational. The property was clean and easy to locate. On the downside, the stairs were narrow, the beds were not very comfortable, and there was only one full bath so for morning shower with 6 of us, it took a long time. “In general, the unit is clean, bright and provide what we expected. The stay experiences are very good. Something can be improved. 1. The photos to show the bedrooms can show the actual conditions. When we booked the unit, the photos showed the bedrooms had mattress only. No pillow or bed sheet. No photos to show toilet paper, cookware or tableware. “The size, configuration and amenities suited our party very comfortably. The location was convenient to our activities in Kitchener Waterloo. Ahead of our very late checkin, the host let us know of an issue with the furnace. He was able to mitigate with several space heaters, so we were comfortable for the remainder of the stay.
